User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between LLC "PROMDEVELOPMENT" (TIN/OGRN 4345512504/1214300007085) and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The Agreement establishes the rules for using the Application and regulates all legal relations related to it with the Owner.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Application ensures anonymity and confidentiality for the Client; however, it is not intended for engaging in any unlawful activities.

1.2. By using the Application, the Client agrees not to violate these terms of use or the laws of the jurisdiction where the operations are carried out.

1.3. The Client bears full responsibility for maintaining the security of access to their account. The Client agrees not to share access credentials with third parties.

2. Description of Services and Access to the Application

2.1. The Company provides access to the Application under the terms defined in this Agreement.

2.2. Users are able to use the Application’s features free of charge.

2.3. The terms of use of the Application and the list of available features may be provided in the Personal Account or on the Company’s official website.

3. Terms of Service Provision

3.1. The Application may use advertising modules to display ads in order to support free access.

3.2. Advertisements are delivered using the Yandex Ads SDK and may be personalized based on User data. All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability and Security

5.1. The Application is not intended for unlawful activities, such as accessing websites blocked within a jurisdiction. The Client agrees not to use the Application for spam distribution, port scanning, hacking attacks, or any other illegal activities.

5.2. Coverage area, internet speed, and connection quality may vary when using the Application. The Company makes every effort to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation (except for scheduled maintenance).

5.3. The Company shall not be liable for data loss, delays in receiving information, or other consequences related to network performance or technical failures.

5.4. In the event of attempts of unauthorized access, distribution of malware, fraudulent actions, or other undesirable activities by the Client, the Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of services.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. This Agreement comes into force upon the Client’s registration in the Application or on the websites pipster.org and peepster.ru and remains valid until terminated by either party.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The Client is responsible for reviewing the current version and staying informed about updated terms.
