User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between LLC "PROMDEVELOPMENT" (TIN/OGRN 4345512504/1214300007085) and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The Agreement establishes the rules for using the Application and regulates all legal relations related to it with the Owner.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Application ensures anonymity and confidentiality for the Client; however, it is not intended for engaging in any unlawful activities.

1.2. By using the Application, the Client agrees not to violate these terms of use or the laws of the jurisdiction where the operations are carried out.

1.3. The Client is fully responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and password, as well as for all actions performed using them. The Client agrees not to share access data with third parties.

2. Description of Services and Pricing Plans

2.1. The Company provides access to the Application under the terms defined in this Agreement.

2.2. The following pricing plans are available:

• Basic: free plan allowing use on 1 device;

• Lite: paid plan for use on 1 device;

• Silver: paid plan for use on 3 devices;

• Gold: paid plan for use on 5 devices;

• Diamond: paid plan for use on 10 devices.

3. Terms of Service Provision

3.1. For users choosing the free plan, the Application uses an advertising SDK that processes data about the Client’s actions to display advertisements. Before each VPN connection, the Client is shown a full-screen video advertisement, which must be viewed in order to connect. Ads are delivered using the Yandex Ads SDK and may be personalized based on User data. All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.2. By choosing a paid subscription plan, the Client agrees to automatic (recurring) charges from the specified payment method. By default, auto-renewal is enabled, and the Client is billed every 30 days. This ensures uninterrupted service without requiring confirmation for each payment.

4. Recurring Payments, Subscription Cancellation, and Refund Policy

4.1. Automatic renewal and charges:

The subscription renewal date is indicated in the “Subscriptions” section of the personal account. Payment for the new subscription period is automatically charged 24 hours before the renewal date. The User is responsible for monitoring payment deadlines.

The User agrees to automatic charges as part of subscription renewal.

If there are insufficient funds at the time of automatic billing, the system will retry the charge after 24 hours. If the User does not fully pay for the new billing period, access to the subscription will be suspended on the last day of the paid period.

4.2. Opting out of auto-renewal:

The User may disable automatic renewal. In this case, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made. Cancellation must be completed no later than 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.3. Cancellation procedure:

The User can disable auto-renewal in their personal account by logging in and clicking “Pause Subscription” in the “Subscriptions” section. If this option is unavailable, the User should contact customer support.

4.4. Refund policy:

If auto-renewal is disabled, the service remains available until the end of the current paid period. Renewal for subsequent billing periods will be canceled.

Payments for previous billing periods are non-refundable, as services for those periods are considered properly rendered, regardless of whether the User actually used them.

5. Referral Program Rules

5.1. The User is prohibited from:

• sending spam, including mass unsolicited messages, to distribute referral links;

• placing or promoting referral links in connection with content that violates laws of any country, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of malware;

• creating websites, landing pages, or other resources that imitate the brand, design, domain name, or content of the service, or placing referral links on such resources to capture branded traffic;

• running contextual, targeted, or other paid advertising using the service’s brand name, domain, or trademarks without prior written consent of the rights holder.

5.2. The Service reserves the right to contact the User and request information about where referral links are размещены, including supporting materials (e.g., links, screenshots, etc.).

5.3. In case of violations, the Service may suspend the User’s participation in the referral program, cancel referral rewards, or block the account at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability and Security

7.1. The Application is not intended for unlawful activities. The Client agrees not to use it for spam distribution, port scanning, hacking attacks, or any other illegal actions.

7.2. Coverage, internet speed, and connection quality may vary. The Company makes every effort to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation (except during scheduled maintenance).

7.3. The Company is not responsible for data loss, delays in information delivery, or other consequences related to network issues or technical failures.

7.4. If attempts of unauthorized access, virus distribution, fraud, or other malicious actions by the Client are detected, the Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend services.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

8.1. This Agreement comes into force upon the Client’s registration in the Application or on the websites pipster.org and peepster.ru and remains valid until terminated by either party.

8.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The Client is responsible for reviewing the current version and staying informed about updates.
